"The MXL Experience" Video Contest
Calling all musicians, singers, rappers, and star wannabes!
MXL is giving musicians and artists a chance to be seen and heard as well as a chance to win MXL microphones and Mogami cable!
We're looking for singers, rappers, musicians and other promising artists who have talent to share. The MXL Experience invites artists from all genres to upload videos of their original songs and/or scores on www.youtube.com/group/mxltalent.
Use of MXL microphone in video is not required.

HOW TO ENTER "THE MXL EXPERIENCE":
To enter, you must complete three steps:

Upload your video to: www.youtube.com/group/mxltalent
Send an email to contest@mxlmics.com with "Experience" in the subject line. You will be required to include your name, mailing address, telephone number, AND the title of the music video (the "Video") made and directed by you.
IMPORTANT: In order for Marshall and MXL to properly identify a participant's entry, the title of your video must match the title in your email.
All Videos submitted must be the original work of Participant, must not have been previously exhibited, recorded or transmitted, and must not contain the trademarks, designs, copyrighted works, intellectual property, names, likenesses or images of any person or entity or otherwise infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
Prizes will be awarded to the top six videos!
"The MXL Experience" Video Contest runs from January 15, 2009 to May 15, 2009. At the end of the promotion period, the Top 25 videos will be selected on the basis of ratings and number of views. The videos will then be reviewed by a panel of judges from MXL as well as outside music professionals. Prizes will be awarded to the top six videos after judging is completed.
Entry to "The MXL Experience" is free and no purchase is necessary. The winners will be notified by email or telephone within 14 days of the contest closing date.
